INVITATION TO QUOTE – THE SUPPLY OF A NEW 7-SEATER AUTOMATIC VEHICLE FOR THE CONSULATE-GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN MUMBAI

You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore, represented by the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Mumbai under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to participate in this Invitation to Quote (“ITQ”) for the Supply of a New 7-Seater Automatic Vehicle for the Singapore Consulate-General in Mumbai.
2 This ITQ comprises the following documents:
a. Covering Letter
b. Annex A - Instructions to Potential Suppliers (Quotations)
c. Annex B - Conditions of Contract for Quotations
d. Annex C - Requirement Specifications, including Guidelines for Quotation and Evaluation Criteria.
3 Your Quotation must be completed in full and submitted in accordance with the requirements set out in this ITQ. You are strongly advised to read all documents carefully before submitting your Quotation.
4 Non-compliance with the submission requirements specified in this ITQ will result in immediate disqualification from the exercise. All enquires regarding this ITQ shall be made in writing via email and addressed to:

5 The closing date for submission of this ITQ is Friday, 16 January 2026, at 1700 hours (local time). The acceptance and award of the ITQ shall be at the sole discretion of the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Mumbai. The Consulate-General is not bound to accept the lowest, the whole or any offer.
6 All quotation offers must be submitted by email to the Consulate-General located at:
with the subject title: “BOM202601Q – THE SUPPLY OF A NEW 7-SEATER AUTOMATIC VEHICLE FOR THE CONSULATE-GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN MUMBAI.”.
Submissions must be received by the deadline stipulated in Paragraph 5.
7 All costs and expenses incurred in the preparation and submission of the quotation shall be borne solely by the Participant.
8 The quotation offer shall remain valid for a minimum period of ninety (90) days from the closing date of this ITQ.
9 The Quotation Schedule and Award Notice will be displayed on the Consulate-General’s Notice Board in due course.
